Namun demikian, saya tidak pernah mahu menganggap ianya P&amp;C. Saya sendiri selalu ingin mengambil tahu gaji rakan-rakan yang sama jawatan, sama batch, sama umur dan seumpamanya untuk memeriksa sama ada gaji yang saya terima adalah munasabah (tidak terlalu rendah) di dalam pasaran.
